PRE-ORDER POLICY
What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. All pre-order products and variants will have a “Pre-order” button instead of a “Buy it Now” or “Add to Cart” button.
Shipping
All pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse - typically within 2-3 weeks. Please note that delays may occur, however, you will always receive email communication from us regarding any changes or delays.
Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is fulfilled.
Returns & Cancellations
Payments
To secure your order, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Please note that we will charge your card to complete your order for pre-sale items.
